Reservation and Cancellation Information

Every reservation is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to Bombshells + Blowouts Salon, our team, and waiting guests, we request a 24-hour advance cancellation notice. A credit card number is required to reserve an reservation but will not be charged unless the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service.

  • No Show: We are sad you missed your reservation. Since your stylist is unable to fill that spot, we will charge you 50 percent of the services. You may use this as a credit toward your next service.
  • No Show, the Second Time: We miss you! And our stylists have been waiting… 100 percent of the services will be due.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show fee will apply.

Touch Up Policy

It is our commitment to you that you love your hair! With that being said, any adjustments that may need to be performed must get accomplished within seven-to-10 days of the original service. This is completely complimentary. Services scheduled past this time period are considered a new service reservation, and regular fees and rates apply.

Return Policy

Bombshells + Blowouts Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our guests, if you are  not satisfied with your haircut or color service. Please contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment so that we can make any adjustments at no cost to you.
